10 TPH Alluvial Tin Process Plant in Tanzania

JXSC has designed a complete Flowchart and provides a full set of processing plant machines & all accessories for Tanzania’s alluvial tin process plant in Tanzania. The client has their engineering team set up this plant, so there is no requirement for our engineering site service. We offer a detailed layout design with base construction drawings accordingly.

1. The processing capacity required is 10TPH.
2. The raw material is alluvial tin.
3. Tin concentrate particle size is less than 15 mm.

1. The raw ore will be fed into the raw ore hopper above the vibration feeder by the excavator.The vibration feeder is designed with a grizzly bar, bar gap of 75mm, which can feed smaller than 75mm into a Trommel screen
2. The less than 70mm goes to the trommel screen for washing and screening. Later we can get 3 kinds of outputs: less than 2mm, 2-15mm, and larger than 15mm(waste stone).
3. After washing by the trommel screen, 2-15mm will go to one set of rough jig separators for coarse tin separation, then we can get 2-15mm tin rough concentrate.
4. The less than 2 mm goes to another rough jig separator for enrichment, and then the concentrate goes to the shaking table for further separation.
5. After the shaking table, we can get 0-2 mm tin rough concentrate.
