25 TPH Rock Copper Processing in Zambia

JXSC has designed a complete Flowchart and provides a full set of processing plant machines & all accessories for rock copper processing in Zambia. The client doesn’t have an engineering team at this plant, so we sent our engineering team to Zambia to install the machines. We offer a detailed layout design with base construction drawings accordingly.

1. The processing capacity required is 25TPH.
2. The raw material is hard rock copper.

• Chute feeder
• Jaw crusher
• Belt conveyor
• Trommel scrubber
• Ball mill
• Vibrating screen
• Shaking table
• Slurry pump
• Rotary dryer

1. The Excavator unloads the stones into the hopper, and the stone enters the chute feeder from the lower part of the hopper;

2. The chute feeder feeds the stones evenly to the jaw crusher;

4. The material after being crushed by the jaw crusher comes into the trommel scrubber. And then goes to the vibrating screen.

5. The above 20mm material returns to the jaw crusher for crushing and the -20mm material is sent to the ball mill.

6. The output material of the ball mill enters the slurry pool.

7. The slurry pump sends the slurry from the slurry pool to the distributors, and then they enter into the shaking tables.

8. After the shaking table beneficiation, we can get copper concentrate.

9. You can dry the concentrate by sun or choose a rotary dryer to dry them. Here our clines use our rotary dryer to dry the concentrate.
